Thank you to Stratos at @ex6eed for an amazing mental toughness session with the @showroomsoccer_2016 players. The work you do is amazing and very much needed when competing in competitive environments. Continue to treat these kids like the smart individuals they are and give them positive energy and confidence to push through mental barriers.

Pen from today’s game. We were down 2-3 and this pen tied us. I stayed calm, cool and collected. No pressure. No stress. Just relaxed and in the present moment 💙

Working on my mental resilience has introduced me to power breathing. Today I reached my longest time of holding my breath - 4m 15seconds - with the supervision of Coach @stratoskalpakidis. Power breathing has been a game changer for me! Thanks Coach Stratos! 💙

Told myself I’d improve again this year. From 9th place (1st year) to 6th place (last year) to 2nd place (today!). I’ve worked hard and am happy with my achievement!
