This project was for some amazing customers here in Ellensburg. After allowing us to save their original hardwood floors in the rest of the home, they trusted us to completely gut & update their bathroom. We removed the old tub & surround, tore out the old vanity & relocated some plumbing. We updated the electrical & installed new lights & fans. The old flooring got removed & so did the old subfloor. After adding a new subfloor we installed a new vanity, countertop & mirror. We then installed brand new Vinyl plank flooring & of course a brand new walk-in shower! A big thanks to all of our subcontractors who helped on this bathroom remodel! @asap_electric_llc @excel_plumbinginc @sw_custom_finishes @tmc_painting #kittitascounty #centralwashington #ellensburg #waterdamagerestoration #estimatesarealwaysfree

A small water leak in an upstairs apartment ended up causing damage to 4 units in altogether. We assisted in getting the tenants situated, and built our containment. After some demo, mold treatments & running our drying equipment the properties are ready for restoration!
