🎪✨ Here’s the event wrap-up you’ve all been waiting for!

What an incredible night it was at the Kimberly-Clark / Arbex Luxe Carnival Gala dinner @1hotel.melbourne

Our team had an absolute blast curating an unforgettable entertainment experience from the moment guests arrived until the final song.

✨ Guests were welcomed by our stunning
🥂Champagne Skirt Host at the entrance.
🎩 As the doors opened, our magician worked his magic with incredible roving illusions.
❤️ The glamorous Red Carpet Belle and breathtaking Star Archway @volterinternational created the perfect arrival moment.
🎪 Throughout the evening, guests were captivated by spectacular aerial performances.
🎧 Emerald Jones kept the dance floor buzzing, joined by the incredible Hayden on saxophone.
🔮 And of course, our fabulous Tarot Reader gave guests a glimpse into what the future might hold…

Every touchpoint was designed to create moments of surprise, delight and connection—and seeing it all come together was pure magic.

A huge thank you to Janelle @andersoneventconsulting for trusting us to bring your vision to life, and to 1 Hotel Melbourne for the wonderful hospitality and accommodation.

Congratulations to every performer and creative involved. You were all sensational. 👏

You know it’s an epic event when there are roaming Mirror Kittens and a disco lady! 🪩

Rachel sure knew how to entertain and create an epic experience for her guests!

Cocktails on arrival for all guests, food truck, shimmer wall entrance, light up Dancefloor AND a live band… I mean…. What more could you ask for?!

If you’ve got out of the box, wacky ideas, WE ARE SO HERE FOR THEM!

Slide into our DM’s and let’s make it work!
