First Triathlon Completed!!! 🏊🏽‍♂️🚴🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♂️💪🏽

There was so much love & support on this journey and I’m beyond grateful! 😭

Wife: Thank you for making room in our finances for my gear and for the massages/stretch sessions. ❤️ When the days got long and exhausting, you picked me up!

Juan & Rania: My brother, sister, & Coaches…thank you for the technique and the routine. From letting me use your bike to the post-practice meals, you gave me the confidence to win. The Izzy in the box picture was iconic motivation! 📦😂

Luis & Jackie: Your prayers covered me like a blanket. Thank you for the race day care packet! 😊 From the treats to the race belt and recovery strips, your love was felt in every mile.

Lashawn: I probably asked 100 questions this week and you were so patient. Thank you for the invite. I’m hooked and motivated for the next one! Your selflessness is unwavering.

My Hustle Fam Bam: The poster was so nostalgic! Dave, Cylinda, Shalalah, & Trey, thank you for the love notes and for taking the time to love on me. 😊

The Blacks: Thank you for the poster, speaker, and electrolytes. I’m so grateful for the love notes and prayers over my body. The Lord heard them all! I felt rejuvenated for race day.

Keith & Mikaela: What a surprise to see you both cheering. Thanks for checking on me. I ran that last 1.5 miles without stopping because you ran alongside me making sure I was breathing out my nose! 😂 lol. Sister, I know your schedule is crazy, thank you for making time. To Mia: you cheered like we’ve been rocking since 2nd grade! Mad respect.

Phil & Kim: Best dinner surprise! 🍗 Wings are the key to my heart and yal unlocked it! I haven’t smashed 20 wings like that in a long time. Your seed fell on fertile ground! 😂

Bella: My road dog! Even in 104° heat, you rode next to me screaming “You got this dad!” Those words pushed me further than any steps I could have taken. 🚲🔥

I’m so thankful for what God has shown me spiritually. He showed up and took me to a level I never expected! My heart is full!! ❤️🙏🏽

2025 thank you for all you brought and taught us 😍🤩 We truly had a great year, with a valley towards the end that will only bring glory and highs in the start of this new year!!

2025 was a year of resetting, aligning with His will, and humbling myself to submit in a new fresh way. Surrender has benefits that some will only learn if they let go! ❤️

If you know me, you know social media had a huge impact on my life and consistently kept a log of the highs and lows, however this year God pulled me back, directed me to work internally on deeper healing and my relationship with Him, and to not post as much as I used to. He called me to be more present and to still live life in full with joy, peace and most importantly love!! Remember obedience is better than sacrifice 🙌🏽

Here are some of the highlights of what this year brought 🥳

I’m so grateful for His direction, love and wisdom! My heart is full and so excited for 2026!!! 🤩🤗 This is a year of renewal!! He is making ALL things new!! The Marshalls are standing in GREAT expectation!!

Our church will Cross The Street and BUILD a new sanctuary and so much more! More lives will come in to the knowledge of the truth!!! More souls will be saved 😍😭🙌🏽 We will make disciples!! We will grow! We will stand up against the darkness and take our authority as believers!!!

May His will be done on earth as it is in heaven!!!

I’m fired up!!! And ready for everything 2026 has for our family!! Expansion, enlarge our territory, increase, protection, wisdom, health, and influence to win souls!!!

Happy New Year beautiful people! I pray for the heart of the Father to show up in your life in a fresh way that you will be fired up to do His will!!! I pray you are wrapped in His love, joy, peace and standing in confidence that your steps are ordered!!! #HappyNewYear #Blessings #Love #Jesus

Did it big for Friendsgiving, thinking of doing away from land and having a meal from the sea for Christmas🤔 #foodiesofinstagram #lifewithrhu #southerngirlscancook Should I do a seafood boil for dinner and have fish and grits for breakfast on Christmas?
