It has begun, women's rugby league is experiencing some magnificent historical growth. From coast to coast championship match to women's national team competing for world cup qualification. Women's Rugby for either code is growing.

I am really gracious for @halshel answering someone questions and sharing her experiences playing for @jaxaxemen (women) and recently getting her cap for @usawrl .

Please enjoy by following the link in the bio section.

WEDNESDAY CLARITY -TRAIN THAT LAST PLAY DROP GOAL
-
-
- On social media we often see the term #clutchplay #clutchmoment or #clutch
While it looks like an amazing moment from and individual it usually has many more layers than that
• Work on the mental skills side of it - Visualisation & affirmations
• What are the individual roles - Ball carrier, cleaners & 9s role
• What are the mini units roles - Running blocks for kicker
• What are the team roles - Hitting tight then moving to midfield while engaging flankers in the ruck (from pressuring your kicker)
• Back up Plans - 2 Kickers in the pocket + Fullback behind to guard a charge down
• Clarity - Walk through it at training + make adjustments
• Progress - Add opposition at training + make adjustments
• Simulate - Create chaos at training (allow defence to be offside)
