Inspired by the tension between high and low resolution, Ghost Collection by Alberto Essesi brings two contrasting worlds together. Seamless forms carved from solid aluminum transition into pixelated structures crafted from solid wood, blurring the boundary between the digital and the physical.

MEET THE MAKER — CEREN ARSLAN

Some designers make furniture. Others make spaces. Ceren Arslan seems more interested in what happens when you stop separating the two.

From the pixelated geometry of Pixel Theory to immersive environments like The Chess Olympics, Studded Chapel, The Pool Tub and A Cold Vault Room, her work moves freely between architecture, furniture and art.

Repetition becomes form. Colour becomes atmosphere. Geometry becomes experience.

With a background spanning SHoP Architects, KPF and Kelly Wearstler, the New York–based spatial designer brings an architectural way of thinking to everything she creates — even when the result is a chair.

A maker we think deserves to be on your radar.

A platform of the future.

Haworth DesignLab pushed beyond a traditional showcase - bringing together 13 emerging designers in an immersive environment built for exploration and experimentation. In collaboration with Patricia Urquiola and Paved States by @sixtysixmag, the installation blurred the lines between exhibition, gallery, and retail concept.

The immersive experience invited interaction, conversation, and new perspectives on what living looks like next.

Ghost Collection by @albertoessesi is inspired by the contrast between high resolution and low resolution, merging seamless aluminum forms into pixelated wood. Carved from solid aluminum and crafted with solid wood in collaboration with @exit__ceren , the pieces feel both futuristic and grounded at the same time. It is collectible design that plays with perception in the coolest way.
