✨Steeped in history and surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, this extraordinary 59+ acre estate captures the very soul of Alabama. Featuring two homes, a barn, a workshop, two picturesque bridges, and Little Canoe Creek winding gracefully through the property, every inch tells a story. The journey begins at one of Alabama’s rare stone homes, built in 1955, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and timeless character. Cross the bridge to the main residence, built in 2002, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfectly nestled among the peaceful landscape. Open pastures, mature woodlands, flourishing gardens, towering trees, vibrant blooms, multiple fruit trees, and a thriving grapevine create a setting that feels truly magical. Opportunities to own a property where history, beauty, and serenity come together are incredibly rare. 📍 1680 HIGHWAY 174, SPRINGVILLE, AL More than a home, this is a legacy waiting to be carried on. Come experience one of Alabama’s hidden treasures and make this remarkable piece of history your own.
