Seven years of Tzuco. One special night to celebrate. ✨

Join us on September 16 for our 7th Anniversary Dinner, bringing together Chef Carlos Gaytán, Chef José Luis Hinostroza of ARCA, and Chef José Luis Chávez of ÉXODO for a menu rooted in Mexico, its flavors, and the stories that connect them.

The celebration continues with a bar takeover by @arcatulum , one of North America’s 50 Best Bars.

We spent the afternoon at @kayaorestaurant learning how to make their signature Nikkei ceviche. The experience started with a pisco sour on the patio, followed by a hands-on masterclass and a family-style lunch featuring our own creations and some of Kayao’s favorite dishes.

If you’re looking for a unique date idea, girls’ day, or foodie experience in Chicago, this is definitely one to add to your list.

The masterclass will be offered 1–2 times each month, with the next class on August 15. Check out Kayao’s Instagram or website for dates, availability, and tickets!
