We just opened applications for the 2027 Experience House Mastermind, which will be our 4th edition.

This year-long program is for well-established entrepreneurs, experience designers, and community builders creating companies, experiences, and movements in service of human connection.

We think of it as equal parts personal development dojo, creative incubator, and social club.

Past and current XH Mastermind members are up to wild things — from building a theme park for human connection and pop-up cities to creating a 34-mile sculpture trail, turning historic buildings into cultural centers, and choreographing drone shows across the night sky. Their backgrounds and collaborations span Airbnb, IDEO, Moment Factory, Stanford d.school, Burning Man, Summit, Disney, and Aman Hotels. They include creatives behind Sleep No More and Meow Wolf, founders behind AcroYoga, Habitas, Daybreaker San Francisco, and the College of Extraordinary Experiences, builders shaping communities at HF0, Minerva University, Hampton, and Chief, and facilitators and coaches working with Fortune 100 leadership teams.

A curated cohort of 30 people. Online and in-person with 4 gatherings per year. Begins January 2027.

A peak experience to rule them all…

This DJ set at 13,000 feet went down in my books as probably the most epic natural setting I’ve played in…and those who know me know that I’ve played a few.

What you don’t see in this video are the 8 grueling hours that it took to hike up Acatenango, and the local team that brought all the sound equipment up on their backs…

These larger-than-life experiences are seared in my memory, and bringing them to mind makes me feel deep gratitude for all the amazing places this career in music has taken me.

Last year, I taught a workshop on “vibe coding” to the Experience House Mastermind.

Within just a few hours, people had built full-feature web apps: a conscious travel booking site, a jam-band karaoke tool, and a secret invitation builder.

As a former software engineer who studied computer science in college, the vibe coding wave has blown my mind again and again. You can now build an entire application that would have taken a month in two hours.

When we launched the XH Mastermind, we very intentionally included an entire track on AI – and I've found it to be one of the most inspiring and high-leverage components of the program.

There's never been a more exciting time to be an entrepreneur & builder – if you know how to wield the tools. 🪄

It’s the 5-year anniversary of @experience__house.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude — for this community, for the people who believed in us early on, and for my younger, 25-year-old self who had a dream and persevered despite the fear of failure.

It’s been a hell of a ride. There have been moments of struggle — crippling anxiety, 14-hour days, empty bank balances. And moments of profound pride — watching life-long friendships form, the banter among our incredible team, attendees crying on camera as they articulate the ways their lives have been changed. Through the process, I met my fiancée, developed some of my most cherished friendships, and have grown into a far more capable, confident leader.

And we’re just getting started. For the last 4 years, Experience House has been incubating on the side. Now it’s my core focus. We’ve already launched a 40-person mastermind this year, and have plans for a 200-person summit and a series of initiatives currently in stealth mode. My word for this year is “lift-off”. 🚀

Five years in, as we accelerate into the age of AI and navigate an increasingly divided world, this work — the art and science of creating real, in-person connection — has never felt more important. I’m grateful for the journey that brought me here, and for the wild road ahead.

Stop one on my world tour was the @experience__house mastermind season 2 kickoff, which was full of great talks, amazing people, and dolphins dancing with violinists because why not. So so grateful to be a part of this community of incredibly creative people changing the world!!!

Life lately... 🤗🙏🏾❤️✨👁️🪄🎉🔥

I've been growing into a new season and allowing myself to unfurl into it with EASE. Full of joy, wonder and curiosity, and so much LOVE.

Really letting myself listen to my body, follow my heart and flow with what is. The energy never lies, and learning to receive everything as LOVE while understanding I stand as a SOURCE is so powerful.

This past season has been one of tending to my own garden, exploring my hearts desires, following my highest excitement and also deep rest & reflection, too. Attuning to and investing in myself in new ways, and it has allowed me to create with a deeper sense of power and purpose.

And yes, there have been twists, turns and contrast along the way. But I am empowered by it all. Because I AM THE ONE WHO DECIDES. And there's an aliveness in that like never before.

I've finally come to a place where I feel RENEWED. And it feels AMAZING!

The shift in my BEING is palpably undeniable and I am here for it!

As my sister @vylana says, "let it be easy, let it be so obvious...". This is the way.

So walk the path with ease and know that YOU are the one who decides. And go co-create your hearts desires by allowing them to flow thru you! That's what I plan on doing for the rest of my life.

Super grateful to have spent last weekend with all of these amazing people in my 6mo long @experience__house online mastermind cohort. Each one of them has some sort of incredible project/business they’re bringing to fruition and it’s been awesome and an honor to flow with them. Incredible things coming!

Thank God/dess that my life continues to be so much better than I ever could have dreamed. Getting to play and build deeper relationships and call it ‘work’ is one of the greatest gifts that has aligned for me (it all counts as community building!). @experience__house continues to bring the best people who are immersed in designing lives for ourselves and others, through various mediums, together and into my life. Highly recommend if you’re curious…

#funfact: I have a tattoo behind my ear of the ‘play’ button ▶️ so I or another can just ‘press play’ when it’s time to activate that mode. Truthfully it’s my favorite state of being AND the hardest for me to access on my own so I got the tattoo to make it more ‘playful’ to get into the spirit.… find me next doing a weekly new character schtick at my local farmers market (look for the beard) 🧙‍♂️
