Toast & Jam Music Fest at Falling Branch Brewery is this Saturday, September 12th, and once again it is free this year! Nine hours of live music on the stage, twenty fresh beers, delicious food trucks and some outstanding musicians.

THE LINEUP:

1:00 EXPERIENCE
Rock and roll the way it was meant to be. Loud, fast, and a little dangerous.

2:30 AMERICAN DARLING
Soulful rock and southern-fried jams.

4:30 BRADDOCK HEIGHTS
Southern-rock swagger with the volume up.

6:30 NANOOK'S NAUGHTY NEPHEWS
The only Frank Zappa tribute from Frank's own hometown, and they're bringing RAY WHITE, rhythm guitarist from the actual Frank Zappa Band. This is the set people will be talking about.

8:30 THE SUPER JAM
Every band. One stage. All at once. If you saw last year's, you know.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Approx. 20 fresh FBB craft beers, cider and seltzer, plus two hard seltzer slushies: Strawberry "Jam" and Orange Creamsicle. Box Hill Pizzeria & Crabcakes (12 to 7) and Hawks Hill Grill (12 to 8) cooking all day.

BEFORE YOU HEAD OUT
• Free show. No tickets, no cover. Five acts like this in one day without paying for it doesn't happen often.
• No outside food, drinks or coolers (sealed water is fine). What you buy at the bar and the trucks is exactly what keeps this thing free.
• Doors at noon. Music at 1. Rain or shine.
• Bring a lawn chair or blanket, seating fills up fast. Pop-up tents welcome, weighed down and off the main viewing area in front of the stage.

This weekend the DMV shows up for each other. It opens Thursday with a toast to Dolly Parton, whose books and songs raised half of us, and it doesn't slow down from there. You could let the last weekend of summer slip by on your couch. If you told me 6 months ago id be on stage jamming with @bella_rayne and her band at a @terrapinxroads with @grahamelesh sitting in. I’d have laughed in disbelief. I simply cannot describe what it felt like to jam with a members of the dead family, and i think that the only way i could describe it is if i was playing an instrument.

There isn’t enough gratitude in the world to express to these amazing humans, musicians, crew members, and beloved friends and family for their love & support while on this adventure. If i didn’t have my people id be nothing. Life is crazy & full of unpredictability, but that’s what makes it fun! may i grow stronger with every show, practice session, post gig hangout session, and most of all, with the unexpected times when life doesn’t care about your schedule or feelings and hits you anyway. Those are the moments that further fuel my obsession with this crazy existence. ❤️
