Working out has always been apart of my lifestyle & these days I’ve been taking the gym outdoors! A slight change made easy with @slaynetikfitness 💪🏽⁣
⁣
My resistant bands are ESSENTIAL during each work out & provide the perfect challenge for my glutes—& you know I have to wear my “Citrus” waist eraser to increase MAXIMUM sweat! 💦 & keep things tight! If you know me—I’m always working out with my waist eraser & the results are phenomenal! @slaynetikfitness just restocked, so make sure you get yours. ⁣

Tapped into my inner #fitnessbae and finally went outside! In the midst of all of this craziness, mental health care is SO important! @slaynetikfitness allowed me to workout in style while still feeling comfortable in my own skin. In order to feel good you must put in the work too. It’s mind over matter! 💪🏽

today is Wednesday so you know I have some #WCW to post, but today is a special wednesday...👀 this is the #J15 Edition!💕💚 you may or may not know, but I am a member of the one & only Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. We are celebrating 112 years of black excellence in scholarship, sisterhood, and service. 💖 •

This post includes some of my prophytes and line sisters that have really impacted my life and inspired me to be a greater woman. They range from teachers, to journalists, to artists, entrepreneurs, therapists, and the list could really continue 5evaaa😭. But I love them dearly, so eternally grateful to be apart of this sorority and be inspired by this caliber of women. **disclaimer** these are not the ONLY sorors who are influences and women crushes to me but I could only fit 10 posts🥴. (Some tagged are not pictured)

I wish I could do an individual caption about each of them but Instagram doesn’t allow enough characters for that!😭 however, please enjoy their beautiful faces, check out their pages, and wish them a happy founders day 🤗💖💚 it’s #J15

You all know I’ve always been very open to sharing my personal life with you guys and recently it’s all been kinda sappy but today is a GREAT day. Today is the day that my campaign with @slaynetikfitness is LIVE! 🥳 @ayednicole and I have been working on this for a couple weeks now, and without her my vision would of never come true. A revenge body is not something you do to make an ex jealous, it’s something you work on to create a fire in YOURSELF getting revenge on all of your insecurities. These shirts are not only a representation of my story, but a way for you all to get up and GET SHIT DONE! Life has funny ways of telling us to do that and right now, if you’re reading this, this is life’s way of talking to YOU! Be fit, Be Fierce, and always Be FABULOUS! 💫 Use Code “JAIBAE” for $$ OFF ladies and let’s keep this Hot Girl Summer going!
