Xoe is at her i131 superhero treatment sleep over… please send her love 💗 The doctor gave her an A+ for how she handled the shot. She was curled up hiding in her cabana when they were leaving for the night so I’m sending her lots of love and sweet memories to dream about for the two sleeps she has to be there. 💗The link for her GoFundMe in comments below for you to share &/or donate~ thank you! 💗

This post is both celebration and plea for your consideration. (Please feel free to share far and wide~ thank you!)

12 years ago today, I met Xoe (known then as Grrrrr) for the first time and fell instantly in love! She is the best little life companion I could ever ask for and it’s an honor to be her Kahu (guardian.)

Xoe has recently been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and she is part of the rare group intolerant to the only rx that can stabilize her condition. The only cure is a radioactive iodine treatment that is wildly out of budget for me as I have been disabled the past 5.5 years.

If you are able and feel called to donate to Xoe’s treatment fund, I am deeply grateful for your consideration and assistance.

New Moon Blessings! Our New Moon blog has just been released!

In this addition: an overview of the practice and myriad AMAZING benefits of Restorative Yoga Practice.

Many people think that you have to be moving and “doing something” to benefit from yoga, but restorative yoga says otherwise!

By taking the time to rest in restorative yoga poses with wise support from props and in a space of safety and connection, we support our bodies to recover healthy respiration, blood pressure, blood sugar, digestion, immune function, and endocrine balance, sleep patterns, and mental equilibrium. Check out the blog for more information on this practice.

When’s the last time you set aside time for yourself to rest intentionally?

Erin of @exploreblissyoga leads our weekly restorative class on Thursdays at 5:30pm. Come check it out and be welcomed into the embrace of deep ease, comfort, and healing rest.

Link to the blog and our class booking page is in the bio 🙏🏼☺️. May you rest well.

Celebrating 10 years of joy embodied in this teeny adventure kitty! I often tell her she needs to live to 30 to be the kitty who has lived the longest so I hope she has only lived 1/3 of her life. Grateful for every sweet moment with this little XoXo Birthday Baby Bee! 💛
