hothouse mobile sauna was a passion project dreamed up by Ross and our incredibly talented friend Justin (the other half of @hayes_and_company).

Justin started the build in Colorado last winter, and he spent the entire summer in Homer bringing it to life. We are so proud to share it with this community.

Coming soon. Where should we park it this winter? Tell us below.

we love our neighbors & we love when they’re fueling with cove 🫰 cheers to peak summer. the sun’s barely setting, nobody’s sleeping, and somehow everyone still looks this good doing it.

friday, july 31 🎨 lauren simpson is closing out her month with us, and it’s been such a good one.

her work’s been up on our walls all july, and earlier this month we got to watch her paint live while folks sipped their coffee — one of those rare, quiet things you don’t forget. on friday the 31st, she’ll do it one more time.

a lot of her pieces have already found homes (!!), but a few are still here. friday the 31st is the last day to catch the show before we make room for august’s artist — and lauren will be painting live at 3:30 before it all comes down.

come spend a little time with it. 🤍

Stress shortens it. Anxiety holds it. Most of us have been breathing shallow for years without noticing.

The fix is unglamorous and it works: slow the exhale, and your nervous system reads it as safe.

That’s the practice. We just give you a room to do it in.

Join us for breathwork tomorrow / Wednesday. Link in bio.
