It was written in the stars that Perseus Sound Bar would become one of Huntsville’s most unique and authentic eateries.💫

What began as local restaurateur Nick Quinn’s creative vision for a Mediterranean vinyl bar inspired by Greek mythology was brought to life through an unexpected partnership with two accomplished Italian chefs, Maurizio Rosazzaprin and Alida Gotti. Together, they created a space where food, music, and culture come together.

Today, Perseus serves Mediterranean-Italian cuisine rooted in tradition, from 48-hour-fermented pizza dough and Italian-imported ingredients to fresh produce from the MidCity Market, scratch-made sauces, pastries, and more.

As Rosazzaprin simply puts it, they offer “Good food. Good beer. And good prices.”
