i don’t think she wanted to be recorded😡

my recent trip to lebanon was one of the best I’ve had yet, one filled with amazing memories and great people. the more I get into this travel space, the more I realise that creators like the ones you see in this video that helped me film it are always on the go and don’t always have the best conditions to film or reshoot clean, crisp audio. That’s why I’ve recently partnered with @creatorsbywaves whose Voice Regen tool allows me to save my dialogues and voiceovers in one click without having to reshoot anything. They’ve been a massive help for me as a type b creator that doesn’t have an external mic. However, the best part is you can try 5 mins completely FREE to test it the tool itself.

Happy Friday y’all! I’ve been a little inactive on socials, but incredibly active in this life I get to call mine.

Here are a few photos from the crew and me visiting Baalbek a couple weeks ago. Somehow, I still haven’t caught up on all the countries, cities, little towns, and people I’ve had the privilege of experiencing while living here in Lebanon these past few months.

Lately, though, life has slowed down. And I think I needed it to. I’ve finally had some stillness to think about what being here has set in motion—and where I actually want it to take me. I’ve been ambitious, but I’m realizing that ambition doesn’t mean much if I’m chasing things for reasons that don’t feel entirely like my own.

So I’ve been listening more closely to the things I keep dreaming about. They’re telling me to head East. To keep wandering through this part of the world and meet people whose lives look nothing like mine. To listen to their stories and, when it feels right, use this little platform I’ve built to help share them.

They’re telling me to eat foods I can’t pronounce, then embarrass myself trying until eventually I can. To keep learning Arabic—not just because I want to speak another language, but because every new word gives me another way to connect with the people around me.

They’re telling me that maybe I don’t need to know exactly what I’m building yet.

For the next six weeks, I have a few promises I want to keep. I have work I’ve committed to and want to finish with integrity. I want to make content that feels like mine again. I want to be more intentional with my money, my relationships, and the way I spend my days.

And then I want to move. I don’t know exactly what that means yet. Maybe Syria. Maybe farther through the Middle East. Maybe somewhere completely different.

But for the first time in a little while, I think I’m less interested in figuring out what I’m supposed to be doing with my life and more interested in actually living it.

That feels like a pretty good place to start…
