There’s something so special about practicing together with the sound of the waves and the morning sun 🌊☀️

Today’s beach yoga class filled my heart. Thank you to every single person who chooses to show up, roll out your towel, and share this space with me. Your presence is such a gift.

I’m so grateful for this growing community and can’t wait to continue flowing, learning, and growing alongside each of you 🤍✨🙏🏼

Join me on the beach in Lavallette every Monday morning at 7:45am!!

This past year has been a season of refinement.

For the first time in a very long time, I gave myself the space to truly discover who I am - without a relationship, without outside opinions, and without the noise. Just me, God, and the work.

Yoga has taught me that self-love isn’t always glamorous. Sometimes it’s simply showing up. Showing up for yourself day after day, trusting the process even when growth feels slow, and choosing yourself enough to stay the course.

When I look around now, I see the fruits of my tree - the life I’ve built, the community I’ve cultivated, and the person I’ve become. None of it would be possible without God’s refinement.

The pruning wasn’t always easy, but neither is growth. And for both, I am deeply grateful 🙏🏼

“Zina, How does being a Greek immigrant influence the culture you want to create at Sola?”

Her answer explains A LOT about why Sola NJ feels the way it does ⬇️

Tom’s River Owner Zina knows firsthand how scary going independent can feel, which is why she brought Filoxenia to her salon suite locations.

She describes Filoxenia as a Greek value about treating strangers like family, and making people feel at home.

That’s been a huge part of Sola NJ since day 1.

Yes, we do rent out salon suites but we’re also deeply committed to helping our Sola Pros feel supported while they build their business.

It can be scary going into a salon suite: there’s no coworkers or front desk, or even guaranteed clients. There’s no way to tell if you’re making the “right decision”

One thing we do at Sola is invite you into our #solafam 🫶

Wishing our Tom’s River #solafam a very happy 4 year SolaVersary 🥳

No way was I missing the opportunity for a Cadycore pic in this moment of my very first yoga class 🥹

My heart is still dumping out so much love. I am eternally grateful to each of my communities for showing up. From @coreritualstudio to @xhalehotyoga and everyone in between - I love this community I have built over this past year and simply in these last five months alone. I have no doubt God has made His way and will continue to do so.

Find me on the schedule with @puretomsriveryoga this summer teaching beach yoga every Monday in July & August at 745am in Lavalette - join me on a journey back home to yourself 🥰 I’m so excited to just keep sharing this energy with you all!!! God is so faithful 🙏🏼
