“Have you tried NOT being tired? “Have you tried NOT being so hungry?” Somehow the worst advice imaginable, delivered with complete confidence has become one of my greatest comforts! Whether you’re making me wait seven full business minutes to connect your AirPods while I roast you for not having your life together, or I’m spiraling into an ADHD tangent and demanding a recap so I can find my place again, it’s always laughter and never judgment. Different locations. Same wavelength. We can commit to the dumbest bit for an hour and then pivot into quantum mechanics, consciousness, and the human condition without shrinking, posturing, or pretending. You’ve talked me off edges you didn’t even know I was standing on. My world is more illuminated and understood because you exist in it. To one of the rarest souls I know, I’m endlessly grateful you exist - Happy Birthday, Zachary! 🎂🥳
