‘BUTTERFLIES’ 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY.

One year ago I released BUTTERFLIES. I will always remember this song for where I was in my life at that time, on tour with some of the best people i’ve ever met.

Playing guitar in @sculptureclub was my first ever tour. I was 33 years old. I made the decision to make music my life. That’s when the world opened up for me.

BUTTERFLIES is about learning to live as your most authentic self. No longer living a fear-based life. I haven’t had a bad day in 2 years. And my life continues to blossom.

THANK YOU NEW YORK.

I always say that New York gave me a spine, a strut and a drug addiction. I lived in Hell’s Kitchen, 54th and 9th. I worked retail and went out every night. Never played one show while living here.

It’s been over a decade now since I moved away. What a privilege it is to come back on tour, clean and sober. Thank you to all my old and new friends for coming out. I love and miss you always. Thank you to all the fans and new faces for the love and support. None of this happens without you. Remember that.
