After nearly four years, I’ve mustered the courage to share a post about my beloved mother. It’s a long journey, but remember to keep the faith. When patience seems scarce, extend it to yourself with grace.

Here’s a little story: My mother was a passionate dancer. It didn’t matter what time it was or where she was—she’d dance. Interestingly, we shared a lack of rhythm, but it never held us back. I constantly felt a pull to ask her to dance. It felt like a sacred moment, a dance of love and passion woven into every step. Even when she wasn’t up to it, she often indulged my request, creating memories at the most random times.

In the last clip of us dancing in this reel, where we danced together, I had no idea it would be our final dance. Sadly, she was diagnosed with cancer shortly afterward and passed away six months later. I am eternally grateful that my soul kept urging me to dance with her—those memories are now indelibly etched in my heart.

If you still have your mother or a mother figure in your life, cherish every dance. I miss my mom deeply, but her strength flows through me every day. This journey has been the hardest climb, but her love inspires me to rise each morning and seek the light. If you see me dancing, it’s my mom’s spirit dancing with me & I HOPE YOU DANCE. Here’s to you, Mom—my forever guiding star. ✨
