NEWPORT BEACH FILM FESTIVAL Opening Night!
“ FRAMPTON “. What a fabulous movie. And Peter Frampton was there! I saw Peter in the early 1970’s at The Cow Palace and WINTERLAND in San Francisco where I grew up. This movie brought back great memories!! Thank you Wing Lam for the magical evening! @nbchamber @visitnewportbeach @newportbeachfilmfest

Our final day in Barcelona we took a taxi 1 1/2 hours outside of the city to Figueres, Spain to the DALI’ Museum. It was built on the remains of the former Figueres Theatre. It contains the broadest range of works spanning the career of Salvador Dali’ 1904-1989. We saw everything from his earliest artistic works to his surrealistic creations to his works later in life. Sensory overload. We loved it. What a brilliant creative mind.

SAGRADA FAMILIA. We returned after a delicious Paella dinner nearby to see it all lit up. Sagrada Família with lights aglow…..at 9:00 pm for 3 hours. Magical. Breathtaking isn’t it.

The scope and mass of this is beyond comprehension. SAGRADA FAMILIA. 140 years and counting building this masterpiece. The spiral staircases are breathtaking. There was a service going on in Gaudis crypt. It’s the most magnificent architecture……creativity beyond compare. Wow.

Spectacular Mallorca, Spain. Historic churches, charming villages and sapphire seas. A fun day touring this beautiful part of Spain. We loved the famous bakery/ice cream shop that’s been here since the 1700’s. So yummy. A beautiful coastal Riveria.

Valencia, Spain was magical as we explored 2,000 years of history. Walking through the streets of Ciutat Vella with its gothic towers, frescoes and the UNESCO silk exchange known as La Lonja de la Seda Valencia has a rich commercial past. The Mercado Central has nourished locals for over a century and is easy to find with its striking black & white roof.
