What a beautiful day to have a little time together outside the studio 🧡

We don’t often get the chance to gather as a team, some moments like these feel especially meaningful. We had a chance to connect share ideas reflect and simply enjoy each other’s company.

So grateful for the wonderful group of teachers who each bring something unique to Yonah Yoga 🕉️ it’s the people behind the classes who make our little community what it is

Feeling grateful for this team and all that we continue to create together ❣️

So thankful to have @ezdenek72 back in the house, but this time with 12 U and 14 U! Back to back tournament weekends means we need to recover, take care of our body, and prepare for this weekend’s challenges! Thank you Ericka for getting us ready to do just that!
Also parents, we hear you! Who needs a Parent sleepy time yoga!? 🤣

Huge thank you to @ezdenek72 with @thrivewhub for coming over to teach a teen sleep yoga class for our recovering 15 U and 17 U! They thoroughly enjoyed the session, and they can’t wait for another!

Three days full of playing warrants sleepy time yoga with blankets and possibly a few girls snoring! 🤣💤 Now we think it’s time for the parents to get a turn!!
