READY FOR ANYTHING_

Tone on tone on tone on tone. Finding the perfect backdrop to compliment the outfit - when you get those tonal matches it’s the making of the shot - and can only ever be one of those magic things that happens on location. @thefoldlondon

READY FOR ANYTHING_

The Barcelona shoot. Just found these in my drafts.

We caught a mix of imagery on film as well as digital and actual film footage. For the film imagery we wanted to embrace the tones and filmic nature. Bringing the digital post-production closer in feel to the film imagery - without washing out the product colours too much (was the brief). It’s a process ! And thankfully @abbieedis was all over it in post, working her magic with @cocogeliot

What a week!
Another unforgettable Royal Ascot and a true privilege once again to serve as the Official Trophies and Silverware Supplier of Royal Ascot.

From the thundering excitement of the track to the charm of our private Garrard box, it was a joy to share the thrill of the races with our guests.

A special highlight? Seeing so many exquisite outfits paired with Garrard jewels, a sparkling celebration of style, sport, and British heritage.

Until next year…

A Simple Technique for a New Look.
Inspired by a visit to the Museo Fortuny in Venice, this twisting technique explores new ways of wearing and reimagining silk. By twisting the fabric, securing it and allowing it to set, familiar silhouettes take on a distinctive crinkled texture that adds depth, movement and character.

Practical as well as beautiful, the technique is ideal for travel. The textured finish requires little to no ironing, making it easy to pack, wear and repeat wherever you go.

Ready to transform your Silk Laundry slip dress? Follow these simple steps:

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Start with Clean Fabric
Ensure your silk garment is clean and completely dry.
2. Twist the Fabric
Lay the garment flat and twist it tightly from top to bottom, allowing the fabric to coil naturally.
3. Secure and Set
Secure the twisted garment with elastic bands or ties and leave it for several hours or overnight.
4. Wear and Enjoy
Carefully untwist the garment to reveal a unique textured finish. Each piece will develop its own character, creating a one-of-a-kind look.

Please note: this process may permanently alter the appearance of the fabric.

“Isn’t it a dream life? when you take a car, beautiful silk dresses, a film camera and just go camping near the ocean.”
