TLDR - Got tired of paying for squarespace, made my own. Now you can use it too Soooo, I’ve been in between jobs and wanted to make something useful for people in this shitty job market CV’s are kind of pointless now, but portfolios have really been helping in my applications + interviews. I’m getting asked for them a lot more by industries that didn’t before Canva and Google Slides give uni project vibes. Wix, Squarespace etc cost like £130+ a year for a web portfolio (still dk how to use Wix) Sometimes I need to share them privately. Other times I need more than one portfolio (freelance work or applying to different openings). But then I have to pay squarespace again for a new website So I made an app (MakeFolio) that lets you do that • Custom Domains • Multiple Portfolios • Private + Public Sharing • Multiple themes • £30 vs £130+ No A.I just a simple app that works. Me and a few friends have been using it for a few months and found it useful. So if you need an online portfolio, shout me It’s free to test out + links in bio. Let me know what you think.
