Life lately. I’ve been putting in work! I did 90 sessions last month, made over 125 calls (Robert did 600) and taught 73 classes. I’m always amazed at what this little body can do.

I love working hard. ❤️❤️ I found that photo at my health coach job and it made me laugh 😂

If we learn anything from our it is to keep that white belt mentality and keep learning.

You can call it a school, an academy, a martial arts business…. for us, it’s home.

It’s a dream. Thank you to each one of you that makes this place special. Thank you to Lennon for this amazing video!

Congrats to everyone who competed today @muaythaidevelopmentleague 🥊

We had a total of 7 competitors and that’s the most we’ve ever had for a striking competition!

It was great to see the team come together to prepare for this event and also everyone who came out to support their teammates.

Thanks to our striking coaches @jtfromosiris and @nwadei_mma for leading the team & being there each moment to guide their students.
