POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Resistance Strength and F13 Performance Crew it’s time to make a difference.

All week we will have @childhelp on site accepting donations.

We’re currently collecting donations to fill backpacks for children entering foster care due to abuse and neglect. Many of these kids arrive with little to nothing, so the goal is to give them something that is truly theirs during a really difficult transition.

Each backpack includes:
• 3 outfits
• Socks and shoes
• Toiletries
• Gloves, a coat, and a hat
• Optional comfort items like small toys or books

A donation of $22 fills an entire backpack for one child, covering the clothing and basic essentials they need right away.

We also have Awareness Bundles people can sponsor, which help provide multiple backpacks while also supporting the Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline. The hotline operates similarly to the national suicide hotline and helps protect children experiencing abuse or neglect, assisting 300–600 kids every month.

Another important reason we’re raising awareness is that about 5 children die every day in the U.S. from abuse and neglect, so spreading information and resources can truly save lives.

We are also accepting clothing donations as long as they are new with tags.

Childhelp will be onsite from 9 am - 6 pm everyday this week up front in Resistance Strength. Stop in and make a difference in a Child’s Life!

This weekend, CrossFit Geronimo stepped onto the competition floor at the Naughty or Nice CrossFit Competition and absolutely threw down 💪🎄

Big lifts. Fast transitions. Loud cheers. Zero quit.
Proud doesn’t even cover it.

Hit ▶️ to catch the highlights and show some love for our CFG crew who repped the gym the right way — grit, community, and all-out effort. 📣Special thanks to @f13_performance for putting on a fantastic event! 🎞️Reel credits compliments of @itsa.lando

Stop by the SamPar Fitness table this weekend!

She’s offering FREE movement screenings for everyone — whether you’re competing or just here to cheer.

If you’ve wondered how to feel stronger, move better, or finally figure out why something feels “off,” this is the perfect chance to stop by and chat. I love helping people understand their bodies and feel more confident in their movement.

And for my competitors, I’ll have FREE post-workout shake options for you after your events!

Come get checked, fueled, and educated. Your body will thank you later 🔥🙌
