This small inaccessible alcove is a quad magnet… after @f16fpv rescued his quad earlier in the day, @adamfpvdrone got stuck in the same spot 😆
No climbing need this time though… Great teamwork! 💪

Following on from the last post…

Apparently one DONK into a steel beam wasn’t enough testing. 😂

So three frames took turns freestyling around The Cage.

We did attempt not to hit the steel beams and concrete floor

Unfortunately, the steel beams and concrete kept getting in the way.

Repeatedly.

By the end of the session we had:

🔥 Motors hot enough to cook lunch
🪦 A growing graveyard of folded props
🔩 Several more conversations with structural steel
😅 And three pilots insisting “one more pack”

The quads took a beating, but they kept going.

Turns out The Cage doesn’t care what frame you’re flying…

So, who do you reckon won — the pilots, the quads, or the steel beams? 😂

You’ve got a BANDOPEX for a reason. 👊

Out testing the Sentinel with co-pilot @f16fpv this weekend, and apparently “give it a proper test” was taken as a personal challenge.

He gave it the full wack.

Concrete was contacted.
Metal was investigated.
Gravity contributed.

The Sentinel took the hits and lived to fly another pack.

His motors and props, however…

We thank them for their service. 🫡

No claims of Bando-proof here. Everything breaks eventually. We’re just trying to make sure the frame isn’t the first thing to tap out.

The plan was simple:
Half Matty Flip the goal post.

The reality was also simple:
full-speed impact testing.

Trees were involved.
The ground was heavily involved.
My dignity was not recovered…

Still flew home with:

* 4 working motors
* A surviving O4 Air Unit
* And none of my @dogcomofficial batteries exploded on impact 🙌

Honestly… I’m counting that as a win.

Also shoutout to @f16fpv for standing directly in the firing line while encouraging increasingly worse decisions 😂
