Big shoutouts to F45 West Athens for starting me on my fitness journey and F45 Garden District for keeping me me on it! Would. ever have been able to do something like this without the love and support. Also big shoutouts to Onward Physical Therapy Buford and City Park Physical Therapy for helping me sort my many aches and pains! Last but not least my wife and family for supporting me through this mid-life crisis!

Today we’re celebrating one of our favorite ways the Athens community shows up: through percentage giving! Local businesses make a huge difference by sharing what they do best—and supporting our mission to prevent suicide at the same time.

Show up at one of the following local businesses to buy an ice cream, a beer, a taco, a book, or your other favorite treat, knowing that a percentage of your purchase will come right back to Nuçi’s Space, supporting our important mission. Here’s the line-up for our epic Percentage Day:

@backintimegaming
@f45_training_athens
@_shopfeverdream_
@fromtheearthbrewing
@ghost.athens
@grailbraspecialists
@jenisicecreams (try Nuci’s signature flavor pairing “Salty Dog PBJ” – gooey butter cake, brambleberry crisp & salted peanut butter ice creams!)
@joeandsams
@martisatmidday
@pumayus
@tacomama_athens
@willysmexicana
@forthepeople.ath

Please consider grabbing a treat at one (or several!) of these establishments to support Nuçi’s Space and the local business community! For more details, visit nuci.org/percentage-day

If you aren’t local, giving in the form of a donation is always welcome! Donations can be made at nuci.org/donateform

Are you a business owner who wants to give back? Or do you know someone who might want to team up with us? Let’s talk! 🙌

🌞It’s Summer Fundraising Time!🌞

Our 12 Days of Giving campaign kicks off this upcoming Monday, July 20th, and we hope you’ll join us for 12 Days of putting the FUN in FUNdraising!

Summer is often a “slow” season for nonprofits. With Spring events having come to a close, locals going out of town for vacations, students gone and everyone staying inside to avoid melting, there’s not as many opportunities for nonprofits to engage with the community. At Nuçi’s Space, we spend our summer months running Camp Amped—resulting in even less time and space to host events, connect with donors, and raise critical funds for our year-round services and programming.

12 Days of Giving is our answer to that conundrum. 12 Days and 12 different ways for you to support our mission in whatever way is accessible and meaningful to you.

From sponsoring camp to buying merch, to attending a percentage event at your favorite restaurant, each day suggests a new way to give back.

Participate in our giving campaign at nuci.org/12daysjuly (link in bio)

📅 Check out the calendar to see what each day represents, and watch our stories for the daily drops! 💙

Happy Birthday F45 Training West Athens! Just a personal thank you for helping to change my life! It all started with a free workout on a Saturday in July. Next thing I know, i'm going to this fitness class everyday. Thanks for getting started and encouraging me along the way!

Training has been hard, but the alternative would have been far worse! It didn't start with 10k and it won't end there either!
