Thank you so much @f45_training_centercity for hosting this week’s workout!! 🩵⚡️ It was a great challenge, and we loved having our girls there to push through it together. Thank you to the coaches for guiding us through every station!!

HYROX Relay in NYC - what an incredible vibe and so proud of this team for giving it their all and crushing each run and station like it was our last! Some of our stations were top 15-20% and our last run was 9/302 teams. Mostly due to the screaming and cheering from our F45 fam ❤️

The only regret was not signing up to do this sooner 😎

Thanks to @f45_training_centercity for creating the community worth showing up and almost barfing for - what are we gonna do without @chenzo100 and @lauramcandrews

Can’t wait to do this again 😤

“No one is racing alone.”

That’s what he told me this week, but it’s also the way he’s coached every day.

He encouraged me to take on HYROX when I wasn’t sure I could. He shows up loud, proud, and all-in for every person in this community. He celebrates our wins, carries us through the hard days, and somehow makes every finish line feel shared.

I’m going to miss him more than I can say, but I’m grateful for the impact he’s had on all of us—and excited for the people who are about to experience it next.

#EarthDay is a great day to remind you that @phillyrun collects old and used sneakers year around to be recycled and given a second life!

Through @sneaker.impact’s program, you can help the environment by keeping shoes out of landfills while supporting Students Run Philly Style, as we receive a small donation for every pair of shoes recycled at Philly Runner.

If you’re interested in organizing a sneaker drive in your own community, send us a DM and we’ll get you set up with everything you need!

Don't Forget: You can also bring your used shoes to the @ibxrun10 expo on Friday May 1st, Saturday May 2nd to be recycled there as well.
