Tomorrow, 10/3 starting at 3 PM @perkopair will be playing music at the shop to mark the release of Fergus Jones & Thomas Bush — Untitled, a beautiful two-track 7” that’s the latest from @f__e__l__t

“FELT founder Fergus Jones surfaces on his own label for the first time with this dreamy, dubby pair of introspective tracks featuring the hazy, elegiac vocals of Thomas Bush, back on FELT after 2023’s split cassette with Princess Diana of Wales. The results of a three-day studio bender in Copenhagen, Bush’s entrancing vocals gesture towards the unchangeable past and unknowable future, creating a vital, pumping circulatory system of sound, further supported by the saxophone of Italian-Danish artist Francesca Buratelli and the (vinyl debut) of friend of the shop @notyumiko with a notable interjection on ‘Untitled (Mix 1).’”

Last time Fergus was behind the decks at the shop was in July 2025: he played a hypnotizing, dubbed-out set for over 3 hours, you can check out the excellent mix over at libramix.org.

He’ll have copies of the 7” for sale tomorrow throughout the day, come by for a dig soundtracked by one of our faves. What will he play? Our only hope is that we get some of Yumi’s extended voice memos layered over the blends 🗣️

(40/2026)
Vincent Yuen Ruiz - Trio (FELT)
👇
Delikatan, elegantan, emotivan i sveukupno krajnje redukovan zvuk, nastao u demokraticnom sadejstvu akusticnog klavira, kontrabasa i bubnjeva, zastupljen je na najnovijem albumu jednostavno nazvanim "Trio", koji potpisuje svajcarski kontrabasista, kompozitor i improvizator Vincent Yuen Ruiz (clan nekadasnjeg minimal-dzez trija Plaistow). Uz njega su u istoj ravni pozicionirani bubnjar Anders Vestergaard i pijanista Rasmus Kjær, inace istaknuti predstavnici savremene danske scene okrenute dzezu i improvizovanoj muzici.
