this prep was different, admittedly i found myself filled with more competitiveness. after my last show, i struggled with a ton of gut issues where my body was quite unresponsive and i gained a lot more body fat than i intended. i was the most uncomfortable id ever been but it lit a spark in me to come back better. this prep was for me and i couldnt be more proud of what i accomplished. i truly have fallen in love with this sport and everything that comes with it and it drives me to push even more. i have such big dreams in this sport and im in for the long haul.

to my beautiful coach anna. I LOVE YOU!! so beyond grateful for u. thank u for being the most attentive caring coach💞 thank you for pushing me and motivating me. u inspire me daily and you truly sparkle doing what u love. @annamorrishfit @diybody

@adrienneediger with an insane bikini debut 🍔🍟🥇

8 months ago Adri applied and said she wanted to do a bodybuilding show for the experience and gratification. A bucket list item, doing something hard and seeing it through. With an extensive history of training HARD and having a solid foundation of muscle I knew she would be competitive and turn heads. 👀✅

We cleaned up with a 🥇 in true novice (20 amazing athletes in one class is pretty rare in canada) and 🥇 in Open C, battling it out in the overall!

I feel like I’ve known you forever and made a true friend for life. Your bossy, sassy and sweet soul are so unique and I look forward to cheering you on in all your Auntie endeavours for years to come. Thank you for executing even the longest cardio, lowest carbs and mega suck that is prep 😂 Your efforts paid off and I’m extremely proud to be your coach.

PS @ everyone, she literally has a 6 pack at peak bulk. #genetics are very real and Adrienne trains with unreal dedication to good form and core control. Be like Adrienne and don’t skip your ab routines 👏🏼

Fabi started posing with me over a YEAR AGO (swipe to see her before). Her biggest goal was just to bring an improved package to stage for her second show and to feel more confident while she was up there

Safe to say we accomplished that and MORE

Fabi was also the best to pose with!! She practiced daily, sent check-in pictures & videos multiple times a week, implemented any feedback I gave her immediately, and just genuinely had fun with it all

If you’re planning to compete in 2027, the sooner you practice your posing the better 👀

Amazing weekend at the @vancityshowdown
What an incredible time seeing so many first time athletes as well as returning athletes rocking the stage and showcasing their hard work ✨

This was my very first show back in 2019 and the Vancity Showdown will always hold a very special place in my heart ❤️

This dieta and preparation has profoundly reminded me of how sacred it is simply to be alive.

Grateful for every breath. For every struggle that shaped me. For every wound that taught me. For every person who has loved me through it all.

Grateful for the opportunity to keep becoming and to use this life not only to heal myself, but to be of service to others.

I enter this next season with an open heart, a quiet mind, and deep gratitude.

A different kind of before and after 💃👙

@fa_finol knew she wasn’t competing right away, but started posing with me in August of last year anyways (almost a year ago to the day)

She came to me lacking confidence in her poses & transitions, looking for more flow in her routine/comparisons, & just wanting to embody herself & her personality on stage

Now here we are 5 weeks out

Fabi practices religiously, sends her posing check-ins, & does her homework!!

Posing routine will remain a secret until show day 👀
