I started my journey full of excitement, learning everything from the basics to advanced skills like running ads and building an agency. Along the way, I was lucky to have two amazing supporters, @monisha_emin_ & @scaleupwithjenna @naz_stories_ . With a natural creative mindset and scoring 100% in my creative strategy viva, I decided to focus on this field, guided by my mentors, @siddique_shajahan_ and @muhamed.isha .

This journey was filled with research, brainstorming, and constant learning. I attended client meetings, trying to gain as much knowledge as possible. Unfortunately, I had a serious health issue that put me in critical condition in the hospital. Now, as my time at @harisandcoacademy comes to an end, I move forward with the lessons and strength I’ve gained from this experience.

Ever switched your ambitions? I’m sure the answer is yes for many of us! But have you ever switched as many times as I have? Here’s my fun story part 1.

From aspiring pilot to postman, teacher, software developer, bodybuilder, driver, photographer, businessman, and finally a captain—my ambitions changed rapidly until I turned 16. During my 11th and 12th grades, I was determined to work on a ship. However, life took a different turn, and I settled on becoming a businessman.

My father made it clear that he wouldn’t allow me to join the family business unless I earned at least an MBA. I worked hard in the shop, learned all the tricks of the trade, and tried to convince him that I didn’t need further studies. Despite my efforts, he remained firm. I even ventured into selling products online, spending a lot on ads, but the results were disappointing.

Then I came across Rizwankka’s ( @rizmango )story, which reignited my interest in digital marketing. I quickly researched the top digital marketing institutes in Kerala, shortlisted three, and ultimately chose HACA (@harisandcoacademy ) because their syllabus was the best. What really impressed me was that the instructors were industry professionals rather than just teachers. Plus, I’ve known Rizwankka for years—he’s a genuinely humble person with strong ethics. I knew joining HACA would be the right choice for my journey.

Stress doesn’t come from working . Stress comes from not working.

Like stress comes from when you want to work on something , you know you can do it and still you are not asked to do it due to many reasons. Thats when you start doing.

Because your body is looking forward to something and then it can’t achieve it and because it can’t achieve it, there is s certain level of frustration that frustration turns into either anger anxiety or stress.

I just finished watching a reel and wanted to share a summary with you all. I hope you find it helpful!

People who can’t communicate think every disagreement is an argument - You think every disagreement is a personal attack and instead of listening, you start defending - You fight to be right instead of trying to understand.

You think communication is about winning , but real communication is not a competition. Every time you turn a disagreement into an argument , you lose more than you win. You are not building connections , you are burning them, you are not always right.

Stop turning conversation into conflicts. Stop fighting battles that don’t need to be fought. Learn to Listen and not just defend.

You will keep losing people one argument at a time.
