Wait, wait, wait! I’ll tell you all about the meetup and the incredible people I met there, but first, let me share what happened to me today. This morning, I woke up to my inbox FLOODED with messages. People who got my perfumes at the event were messaging things like: ‘Bro, I applied it at the meetup, went home, took a bath, and STILL, the fragrance is going strong!’ ‘What sorcery is this? Did you mix in some “eternal essence” formula?’ ‘I think your perfume is more committed to me than my gym membership.’ Well, I didn’t add any secret formulas—but hey, that’s just the magic of a good scent! Seeing this kind of response made my day. Maybe I should start handing out perfumes instead of business cards now? But more than just the perfumes, what truly stood out was the people. In just a few hours of conversation, they showed so much love and appreciation for a small token from me. It made me think—if this is the support from new connections, imagine how strong the bond could be if we truly knew each other well! Now, about the meetup! Yesterday, 16/02/2025, we had our LinkedIn Meetup in Kozhikode, കോഴിക്കോട്ഇൻമുഹബത്ത് —my first-ever meetup experience! And the best part? I also got the opportunity to be the perfume partner for the event through my store, @sanaa._org I met so many amazing people—some of the top professionals I’ve followed on social media. And guess what? No airs, no ego—just pure, down-to-earth vibes. Turns out, LinkedIn fame doesn’t come with an attitude package! The event was packed with valuable sessions from experts, and we even got the chance to clear our doubts personally—something you rarely get in online interactions. And, of course, the best part? Networking! 📈 Because nothing beats real-life connections (except maybe free food, but let’s stay professional here). I’ve just connected with 25% of the people in the group so far, but before the next meetup, I’ll make sure to connect with at least 90%! Otherwise, I might have to start sending perfumes as bribes😂.

This is me… officially documenting my perfume journey. Not from the top. Not from the lab. But from a room that currently smells like 14 things fighting each other. 😮‍💨 No brand shoot. No grand launch. Just a guy who thought “how hard can it be?” and now can’t tell if this smells expensive or just… confusing. But here’s the plan: 📍 I’ll post what I learn 📍 I’ll share what goes wrong 📍 And I’ll try not to disappear halfway through this This isn’t about building a brand yet. This is just about showing what happens when you try to turn passion into process. Might succeed , might lose. But anyway I’ll try. Let’s see where this goes (hopefully not to a sinus infection). #perfumer #thescentist #scentist #faadilscentist #faadilpm #perfume

Let’s start from my old photo… From Bikes to Brands to Bottles. Everything was so fast ! You’re actually confused what this account actually tells. Also me the same 😂 It started with: 🏍️ Posting bike edit videos like I was ready for MotoGP Then came: 💻 Digital marketing mode where I dealt with case studies, growth hacks, and “boost your brand” energy And now? 👃🏽 I’m mixing oils and chasing smells like a man possessed. Yep. I’m in perfumes now. And no, I don’t know how it happened either. One day I was tweaking Facebook ad copies, and the next, I was sniffing blotters at 2AM asking, “Does this smell like ambition or anxiety?” It’s not a pivot. It’s a full plot twist. But here’s the thing… it feels right. I’m building my own little scent universe. It’s weird. It’s slow. It sometimes stinks (literally). But it’s mine. So if you’re into perfumes, personal journeys, or just want to watch someone try-not-to-fail publicly, then stick around. This is just the intro. #thescentist #scentist #perfumer #faadilpm
