As of June 2026, there have been updates to both the RIN Activity Report and the Production Outlook Report for those with reporting obligations under the Renewable Fuel Standard.

So, what changed?
- RFS0108 no longer requires the EPA registered entity to report the Volume of Renewable Fuel Owned at the End of the Quarter.
- RFS0903 converts the first-year Production Outlook from a 12-month forecast to an annual forecast.

RINSTAR Members: Your success is our success!
Seeing these numbers climb year after year to match the EPA's renewable fuel goals is what we are here for. 2024 was a great year, and with the introduction of the Biogas Regulatory Reform Rule, we anticipate even higher RIN generation and trading numbers in 2025.
