#comfortfood #trikalinosbottarga #ceasarsalad #tasty VIDEO the master… @fabiokraniotis

80% of the plastic SungaiWatch finds in the ocean comes from rivers. This is what that looks like. In some places, you can barely see the water beneath the waste. They have installed trash barriers across Bali to stop this pollution before it reaches the sea but the scale of the problem is massive. We hope after seeing this film more communities are inspired to take action. 📍Indonesia 🇮🇩 🎥 ThisWorld Original 💛

If you start to look, you’ll see it everywhere, plastic wrapped around our food, used as shopping bags, tossed aside without a second thought. We are the problem. But we are also the solution. It begins with taking responsibility, seeing the impact of our choices, and knowing there are better ways. Even something as small as bringing your own shopping bag makes a difference. Because if we all do something small, the impact becomes big♻️ 📍Indonesia 🇮🇩 🎥 ThisWorld Original 💛

Get to know Sungaiwatch, a local initiative in Bali that’s grown into a powerful movement 🌏 It all began during the pandemic, when the founders, living near a river, saw just how much plastic was floating by every day. What started as a will to make a change, by gathering friends and neighbours to collect trash and sort it in their parents’ garage, has now become a full-scale mission to stop plastic before it reaches the ocean. We’re proud to share their story. Watch the full film via the link in bio. ♻️ 📍Indonesia 🇮🇩 🎥 ThisWorld Original 💛
