💕 THREE WOMEN. ONE VISION. ONE SHARED PURPOSE.

Behind Doyenne are three women with different stories, different journeys, and one common goal, to create a space where women feel strong, supported, empowered, and inspired. 💗

This Sunday at our Doyenne Wellness Social, we invite you to get to know the women behind the vision!

Join Yvette, Taylor, and Fabiola as we share a little about ourselves, our journeys, the challenges we’ve faced, and the lessons we’ve learned along the way.

Because Doyenne has always been about more than barbells, workouts, and fitness. It’s about community, connection, growth, and women empowering women.

We hope that by sharing our stories, we can inspire you to keep showing up for yourself, keep believing in your dreams, and remember that you’re capable of so much more than you think. ✨

🩷 Sunday, October 11 | 9 AM – 2 PM

Come enjoy a day of FREE classes, body scans, raffles, amazing vendors, and meaningful connections!

Come as you are. Leave inspired. 💕

At 18 years old, I went on my very first organized hike. 🥾

I had no idea then how much that experience would shape my life.

But I remember something about that day so clearly. I went up that mountain one person, and I came down another.

It was one of my first experiences understanding just how powerful and healing nature could be. 🌿

I never could have imagined that all these years later, I’d be leading hikes of my own. Not just bringing people together on public trails, but creating opportunities for organizations to bring their communities outdoors, too.

This past weekend, Trail Rose reached another milestone as we led our very first organizational hike in partnership with Doyenne Women’s Gym. 🌹

And somewhere along the way, that 18-year-old girl who discovered something special on a mountain grew into a woman who gets to share that same experience with others.

What a beautiful full-circle moment.

Here’s to the trails that change us, the people we meet along the way, and the journeys we never could have imagined. 💕

y empezar a preguntarte:
