After a long day a training I did not wanna get my own workout in but sometimes the best workouts are the ones we don’t wanna do. Pushing when you don’t want to is more than motivation… it’s discipline 💕

Gained weight, gained strength, gained confidence.
This is what healthy looks like for me

I promise I am not done yet 🫡

How’d I do it?

🥦 Eating the right things!!
- focused on protein, fiber, healthy carbs and fats such as whole grains, oats, brown rice, potatoes, avocados, etc.

🏋🏽‍♀️Strength training 4-5times a week
- targeting each muscle group at least twice a week splitting my workouts with push/pull training

😴 RECOVERY!!!
- YOUR MUSCLES GROW WHILE YOU REST!!! stretch and get enough sleep!!!

🧠 being patient and consistent
- This takes time and effort NOTHING happens over night

Come train with me 💕 DM for more info 😘
