Keep Rising.

Sometimes you miss a competition, but gain something much bigger: people who stand with you along the way. ❤️🏀

In this video, Aron from the Face Team family and the acrobatic basketball community shares a few words with us:

“Pedram, I’m really sorry you guys couldn’t be here. We were really looking forward to seeing you at the competition. But you are part of our community, and we hope to see you soon. We’ll see you at the next competition.”

Hearing these words, after everything we went through trying to make it to Budapest, truly means a lot to us. ❤️

Thank you Aron, Balaz, Face Team, the BuDUNKpest family, and everyone in this community 🏀🪽❤️⁩

10 years ago this week, I became a world champion. Years of training, a lifetime of experience, all coming down to one moment. A decade later and I can still hear Heroes Square, can still feel my teammates hands on my back, holding me up as I try not to break down and cry on the court. It is a moment that will be with me the rest of my life.
My competitive dunk days are behind me, I’ve traded in battling on the court for racing through the woods. And while I can still throw some bangers, I know that the sport has moved on from the skills that made me a champion. And that’s exactly how it should be. I am so honored to have had my moment in my sport, to have made my mark. Now I have the even greater honor of preparing future generations of dunkers to write their own stories. That’s why I’m here, for them, and for you. It’s my hope that by sharing my experiences and my methods here, I can inspire others to reach for their dreams, be that on a trampoline, a trail, in a gym, or just in their everyday lives.
We are all capable of incredible things, it’s just a matter of believing, and showing up.
