Planning your wedding!

Welcome to this five-part series in which we talk to newly engaged couples on what to expect from the day’s events and the types of things typically happen on them. I will discuss what may happen and the types of photos we get and could get for you at this section of the day.
Please feel free to comment and share your thoughts below.

Planning your wedding| Part five: First dance
The day is now drawing to a close but there is one more area of your day we need to talk about, and that’s the FIRST DANCE!!
This is a very important part of your evening, one that shows unity and love. Your family and honoured guests have been waiting for this moment especially your mum and dad, for a very, very long time.
Traditionally the first dance is just you two reminiscing to a song you fell in love with and one that you can share in the moment. You can dance for as long as you wish but most will choose about 30 seconds or so, before gathering all guests and family to dance along with them and their partners.
In the background I have been snapping away getting those natural moments between you both. Capturing your lovely faces and happy tears together, rest assured you are both going to love the final result! Once your first dance has ended and we have captured about an hour of dance floor action busting some moves, we will depart and begin editing your amazing photos from your wedding day!
If you know your song, let us know in the comments below!

That’s it guys! You have just completed our series for new couples on what to expect on your big day with me and my amazing team. We can’t wait to hear from you both, and get the ball rolling…towards your BIG DAY!
