Love you, Coach @pswords1972 AND every other coach and partner that has challenged me over the last few months. These are the best people. 🫶 I started working toward my green shirt a year ago. It took a LOT more than I’d anticipated with many steps backwards, a lot of bruises, blood, long nights of sparring, some truly humbling moments, personal losses outside the gym, seasons of exhaustion, and tears. But I am really fucking proud of myself. I started a new sport - a COMBAT sport - at 38. I’ve always known I kick ass on the inside, but now I can say it literally.

So many proud coach moments yesterday at the Easton In-House Scrimmage. Proud of our athletes for getting through tough matches and scrimmage day nerves Proud of our coaches for their guidance and patience. Proud to be a part of this community, this team, this group of incredible humans. Yesterday was about growth in all aspects of life. It’s now time to get back to work. #ARVADASTRONG

What can I say? This crew here... Showed me so much love when I came back into MuayThai. Words can't describe how grateful and honored I am to be a part of them. Everyone showed so much heart prepping and coming into this event. That's the most important ingredient... Heart! More to come. Oh yes. Much more. We are going to come blazing! 🔥🔥🔥 Shout out to the organizers and all that made this event happen too. No doubt it has come so far and I'm really honored to be able to contribute in any way.

HUGE congrats to Arvada's own @sunshineflatline for earning his blue shirt! Almost 3 years of hard work, discipline, and perseverance are paying off in big ways! A pretty new shirt is just one of them!
