It Girl Maintenance was never created to be just another event.

It was built for the women who believe that maintenance is a lifestyle.

A place where fashion meets intention. Where beauty is about confidence, not perfection. Where knowledge is shared instead of gatekept. Where meaningful conversations happen, genuine connections are made, and women leave feeling more inspired than when they arrived.

We’re building a community that celebrates the woman who invests in herself—inside and out. The woman who understands that maintaining her style, her mindset, her wellness, her career, and her confidence isn’t a luxury. It’s part of becoming the woman she’s meant to be.

Every event, every conversation, every partnership, and every experience is created with that purpose in mind.

Because It Girl Maintenance isn’t about chasing a trend.

It’s about creating a life that reflects who you are and who you’re becoming.

Welcome to the community where fashion inspires, knowledge empowers, connections flourish, and maintenance becomes a lifestyle.

✨ Fashion.
✨ Knowledge.
✨ Community.
✨ Lifestyle.

This is It Girl Maintenance.

On August 31st, something divine happened. The very first Reclaiming Softness Experience came to life, and it was everything we prayed it would be and more. 🌸✨

The truth is, the ones who were supposed to be in the room were in the room. And what a blessing it was. A sacred, intentional space where women could show up as their full selves without judgment, without negative energy, without the weight of having to be “hard” just to exist. It was a sanctuary where softness wasn’t seen as weakness, but as the truest form of strength. 💕

We gathered in love. We laughed, we cried, we listened, we shared. We created community. Every moment reminded us that softness is power, and sisterhood is medicine. It was a room full of women saying yes to growth, yes to healing, yes to softness, and yes to themselves. 🌷

This experience was built with intention. A place where you could take off your armor and just be. A place to feel safe. A place to be held. A place where every woman could see herself reflected in the stories, the wisdom, and the love poured out in that room. 🫶🏾

To our amazing sponsors, thank you for believing in this vision. To our incredible speakers, thank you for pouring your light, your wisdom, and your softness into us. And to our host @carmennnalexis of @thesoftblackgirlclub, thank you for curating a space so tender yet so powerful. 🌹

This was for the soft girls, by the soft girls and if you weren’t there this year, let’s just say you’re going to want to make sure you’re in the room next year. Because this isn’t just an event. It’s a movement. ✨
