Life is all about the people you love, the experiences you create, and how deeply you choose to live, feel, and soak it all in.

This birthday month has been such a beautiful reminder of how gifted my life really is.

I turned 42, and honestly, I've never felt stronger, fitter, or more present. Not because life is perfect, but because I feel more like myself than I ever have.

Looking back, what stays with me isn't the birthday itself; it's the people. Some old, some new. The kind of friendships that slowly become family.

And then there's Mokae. Watching it grow, launching something so close to my heart, building it alongside the most incredible team, and seeing it embraced by so many people I love... I don't think I could ask for more.

The birthday itself was exactly what my soul needed, a quiet day at the Osho Ashram, meditating. And I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful way to end the month than with another Devi Sadhana on the banks of the Ganga.

Here's to living deeply, loving wholeheartedly, and never taking any of it for granted. 🤍

Why do we do theatre, the same reason we do anything- love.

Finding John was like finding an extension of myself. And yet (or maybe hence) it was the most difficult thing I’ve done on stage.

It did not help that injured my shoulder the first day of rehearsal (or maybe it did)

The first edition of B-Side Up was one for the books.

A long-held vision of bringing food and vinyl together finally found its space.
