This right here hits home for me daily in multiple ways.
Worrying about...
- things that are so minuscule to your daily life especially compared to the world around you.
- about what others think of you after you said something.
-what others may think when you want to try something new.
- a small incident that clouds your mind all day or all week.
Worrying just to worry.

It's scientifically proven that negative thoughts weigh on you more than trying to focus on just positive thoughts.
Let's stop letting it take up space in our minds and focus on our growth instead.

Portofino, where the rich come to shop and yacht.

Just a friendly reminder. Be kind, not an asshole.

I've been hibernating for too long and it's time to get back into the groove.

Out here doing a double draw blood deposit. Those chills from the saline and plasma returns brrrr!
I f'ing hate needles but gotta help anyway we can through this pandemic. Coolest thing is they said that my blood will be inside somebody else within the next 48 hours cuz of the type of blood draw they did and separated it on the spot.

@sew.essential Thank you so much for these awesome masks! This one by far is my favorite one. These masks are so comfortable and unique. Definitely looking forward to ordering more.

Folks check out her IG and tell her I sent you!

Also wear a damn mask! Let's keep each other safe and most of all get through this quicker! I don't like the "new norm" as much as the next person. I want to go back to the "old norm" already but that ain't happening if y'all keep being stubborn!

This post is dedicated to my wife.
Every month on the 15th I get an alert that says "Happy for all things Kristin"
I don't know when or why I set this alert. I just know my phone has been reminding me every month for couple years now. I take it as a remembrance of all the times my life went spiralling down and she was always there to pick me up and push me back on track. This time around it was getting me back into the gym. Thank you love for always keeping a smile on my face. Love ya!

Maybe we're cheesy but we still say Happy Anniversary to each other each month.
Last week made 93 months since we went out on our first date. Even after all that time, there's no one I'd rather dress up with and go out to eat with. Love you my little Hawaiikiki Princess.

Great dinner at Heritage Steak with some great friends from Colorado. Of course, we forgot to take a group photo. 🤦🏾
Here's an elevator picture to make up for it.

You don't need the world to keep yourself happy. Just think of the simple things that bring a smile to your face. In my case the soothing sounds of a car wash. I know I'm weird but aren't we all?

Please keep yourself and others safe by using masks. A post like this shouldn't even have to be made to share common sense. I've seen soo many people out there unprotected and not observing social distancing. You want the economy open but aren't willing to follow the precautions needed in order to get the ball rolling faster. 🤦🏾 #fuckcovid19

Check up on your family and friends. Make sure everybody's doing all right in these tough times. Put your anger aside and just be kind to one another.
