POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last Friday, I had the privilege of sharing my advocacy with the amazing team at Fairfield by Marriott Mandaue in a corporate wellness workshop focused on one powerful theme: finding peace in the present moment.

Together, we explored:

Basic Meditation**: Grounding the mind and settling into stillness, even amid a busy workday.
Breathwork**: Simple, intentional breathing techniques to release tension and restore focus.
Ho’oponopono**: The Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, bringing healing and clarity to the heart and mind.

Because calm is a competitive advantage. When our people are centered, they think more clearly, lead with greater empathy, and perform with resilience.

A heartfelt thank you to PhilCare for the opportunity to bring this conversation to the workplace. Supporting the wellbeing of employees is an investment in a healthier, more harmonious workforce.

Here’s to more moments of peace, one breath at a time.

Simple, comfortable, and convenient.

First time jejak kaki di Cebu, Philippines, and ni juga hotel pertama I experience di negara jiran ni. Sebelum ni layover kat Manila jer.

Personally I suka dengan @fairfieldbymarriottmandaue sbb masih baru, so facilities semua tip top. Location pun not bad..close to city centre so nak pegi mana2 pun senang. Boleh ambik grab and it's cheap.

If dah seharian kat luar, balik hotel boleh chill kat swimming pool. Untuk fitness enthusiasts, gim pun tersedia.

Overall, this is definitely a hotel I'd recommend if you're looking for a comfortable stay with a great location in Cebu.
