There’s nothing quite like being greeted by the fresh, beautiful scent of flowers as you arrive at the hotel. A warm welcome starts the moment you walk through the door. 🌸

Choosing your venue is one of the biggest decisions you'll make and it sets the tone for everything else. Here are a few things we always tell our couples to consider:

✨ Capacity matters more than you think. Make sure your guest list fits comfortably in all spaces.

✨ Ask about vendors. Some venues require you to use their preferred vendors.

✨ Think about logistics. Parking, accessibility, and proximity to hotels are things your guests will be thinking about.

✨ Visit at the same time of day as your event. Lighting changes everything and you want to see the space the way it look on your event day.

✨ Don't forget about weather contingencies. If the ceremony is outdoors, what's the backup plan for weather?

✨ Consider what's included. Tables, chairs, linens, catering. Ask about what comes with the space and what you'll need to bring in.

The right venue doesn't just look good in photos. It works for you, your guests, and your vision. Have questions about finding yours? We've got you. Visit us at www.arcadia-collective.com 🤍

Happy anniversary, Brittney & David! 🎻🍨✨

Your Bridgerton-inspired day was elegance, romance, and pure joy all wrapped into one. From the string quartet setting the tone to the sweetest gelato break, every detail felt like a love story brought to life.

Brittney’s surprise emerald green dress change? Flawless. And the bouquet dedication to her mother was one of the most touching moments of the night.

Here’s to another year of love, surprises, and a bond that feels straight out of a storybook. 💚
