POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Such an epic long weekend and birthday week. 🫶

Got to speak at kaipara college and present some cool sports awards ( something I’m keen to get more involved in)
Lil coaching session with some juniors in gizzy,
Coaching through the comp down there and also competing.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the win. But for me putting the rashie on for the first time since raglan WCT was a cool feeling. Going through the motions. It Has got me fired up for Taiwan QS 6000 in a couple weeks and love the thought of things to work on and goals to work towards.

Thanks to the whole gizzy crew for having us down for an amazing event. Sunshine and pumping waves. Yeewww.

Onto the next mission. 🤝🫡

Life update that no one asked for. 😂❤️‍🔥

Honestly it’s been an amazing couple months through the winter period. So many fun things. Time to spend with my partner and for myself. Time for other fun things I enjoy. Connecting with people in different ways. Trying new things. Not many competitions.
I did feel a little burnt out after the raglan WCT in May. So much build up. Nerves. Excitement. Media. Sacrificing a lot. Training hard. A big year previously on the challanger series. Into competing in the biggest event of my career at home. Achieving everything I’ve ever wanted and dreamed of. 🙌

To now having the past couple months to really reset. Do some coaching and give back to the future of NZ surfing. Attend some amazing golf events. Still travel and explore other countries, our backyard and waves. Surf a lot. Make amazing new memories with amazing people. And just smile and enjoy my surroundings. Smell the roses as they say. 🌹

But now it’s time to get locked back in. Big few months coming up leading into summer and beyond. Qs events, Nz comps, coaching, school talks, training. And there are some cool things on the horizon. 😉

3 months until new years. Let’s get these 2026 goals all achieved. ✅ then onto new goals. 💭

As always. Forever grateful for the people and company’s in my life that allow me to live out my dreams. Thanks always for the support legends. Big things coming… 🫡

Let’s get after it. 💪

Proud 🇳🇿❤️‍🔥

Little billy and now big billy (not that much bigger😂) is proud. 🙌
I think it’s so important sometimes to give yourself props. Sit down and appreciate yourself and what you’ve done to get here today.
I’m a big believer in making others happy which makes me happy. But also you’ve got to do the same for yourself from time to time. 😊
Keep backing yourselves and pushing to be the best person you want to be. 🕺

Forever grateful & thankful for everyone who supports me unconditionally. ❤️‍🔥

Had to do a little roady around the Waikato to reset the mind and body.
Been a huge month of may. And was the best experience ever so it was nice to be able to switch off and explore the region.

I love travelling and venturing around. Making new memories in amazing places even if it’s close to home. We have such a beautiful country with plenty to see why not explore it. 🫶🇳🇿

Got to show @_jessrix around and also a good excuse to take the Ranger Phev Stormtrak through its passes and around the Waikato. Love the hybrid/electric feature. Saving on fuel ⛽️ 🙌
