Life update that no one asked for. 😂❤️‍🔥

Honestly it’s been an amazing couple months through the winter period. So many fun things. Time to spend with my partner and for myself. Time for other fun things I enjoy. Connecting with people in different ways. Trying new things. Not many competitions.
I did feel a little burnt out after the raglan WCT in May. So much build up. Nerves. Excitement. Media. Sacrificing a lot. Training hard. A big year previously on the challanger series. Into competing in the biggest event of my career at home. Achieving everything I’ve ever wanted and dreamed of. 🙌

To now having the past couple months to really reset. Do some coaching and give back to the future of NZ surfing. Attend some amazing golf events. Still travel and explore other countries, our backyard and waves. Surf a lot. Make amazing new memories with amazing people. And just smile and enjoy my surroundings. Smell the roses as they say. 🌹

But now it’s time to get locked back in. Big few months coming up leading into summer and beyond. Qs events, Nz comps, coaching, school talks, training. And there are some cool things on the horizon. 😉

3 months until new years. Let’s get these 2026 goals all achieved. ✅ then onto new goals. 💭

As always. Forever grateful for the people and company’s in my life that allow me to live out my dreams. Thanks always for the support legends. Big things coming… 🫡
