Today, I watched Kimberley @griffin4culvercity and Nicole Watson received prayer from the Pastors at @faithfulcentral and a message from @iamjpfoster pastors at our church, and it blessed my heart. 🙏🏾

The message that stayed with me was the importance of women whose relationship with God guides how they lead, serve, and care for our communities. Leadership rooted in faith, wisdom, and compassion matters.

Watching Kim throughout the day reminded me that leadership begins with a heart for people—and a willingness to listen, show up, and serve.

Vote on November 3rd for leaders who have a relationship with God it makes a difference.
Kimberley will make a difference in Culver City tell your neighbors and friends about Kimberley (Kim) Griffin! Culver City needs her leadership!

Sharing a few moments from a day that left me inspired, encouraged, and hopeful. ❤️

I was given an opportunity to minister to the singles on Friday night with pastor @jpatrickwise @faithfulcentral Bible Church. If you're in a season of singleness we pray for Godly wisdom, insights and renewed hope and faith on your journey

DADDY’S GIRL DOC! ❤️🎥🎞️🎬

I had a VERY SPECIAL opportunity to screen my debut doc “DADDY’S GIRL” @daddysgirldoc at Faithful Central Bible Church @faithfulcentral. This film is beyond personal and I pray it resonates with those of us who are grieving the loss of a loved one, a parent, but more specifically - this loss of “daddy”.

I was joined by an incredible panel:
Bishop Kenneth C. Ulmer @bishopulmer
Dr. Erica Holmes @itsdocerica
Dr. Neicy @drnecia and my director L. Michael Lee @l.michael.lee for a powerful conversation about love, loss, healing, faith, and the journey of finding your way through grief. NOMINATED BEST DOC FEATURE at the 2025 MICHEAUX FILM FESTIVAL…
Special shout out to my ETA LAMBDA OMEGA S💚R🩷RS @aka_elo1960 who came to support. @19pearldeuced08 @k_is_grateful @sharron.ross.lemle2024 A HUGE THANK YOU to the @faithfulcentral special events team led by S💚R🩷R Pat Jones @ptevnts. YOU WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND…. As always ‼️

❤️ 7 THINGS I LOVE THAT I LEARNED FROM MY MOM

My mom taught me lessons that stayed with me:

1️⃣ God is love. ❤️
2️⃣ Love is an action word.
3️⃣ Always moisturize your face upward. 😂❤️
4️⃣ Dancing is better with an instrument! 💃🏾🥁
5️⃣ Choose yourself.
6️⃣ You don’t have to eat the whole plate. 🍽️
7️⃣ HAVE A PLAN. 🎯

And #7 is one lesson I carry into my business every day.

🏡 DON’T FALL IN LOVE WITH THE HOUSE FIRST—FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR PLAN.

If you’re paying high rent, thinking you can’t afford to buy, or you’ve already been told NO, don’t automatically count yourself out.

Before you decide you can’t buy, let’s look at YOUR:

💳 Credit
💰 Income
📊 Debt
💵 Cash
🏡 Property goals

Depending on your situation and applicable guidelines, there may be options you haven’t considered—including down payment assistance, eligible rental income with certain 2–4 unit properties, renovation financing and different lending options.

One lender’s NO doesn’t automatically mean you can’t buy.

I’ve been in California real estate and residential mortgage financing for 31 YEARS. I continue my education and maintain my professional licenses because this business changes—and I believe my knowledge should change with it.

I’m not promising everyone a mortgage.

I’m saying:

DON’T REJECT YOURSELF BEFORE YOU KNOW YOUR OPTIONS.

📚 Get my FREE “5 Things to Do Before You Finance Residential Real Estate” guide through the link in my bio.

💬 DM me PLAN
📞 888-883-9277

And if you know someone paying high rent, dreaming of homeownership, or recovering from a lender’s NO—❤️ SHARE this with them.

🏡 Don’t just apply. Apply with a strategy.

And yes… Mom was right.

Have a plan. ❤️💃🏾
