Almost every year, I think it’s going to be hard to top my last birthday, but life is so good to me that it always finds a way to surprise me with something better. ✨

I’m beyond blessed to be surrounded by such beautiful souls, a wife who is truly out of this world, and an energy that always seems to work in my favor. 🥹❤️

This is just the beginning of what I already know will be an unforgettable birthday! 🥂✨

Charleston, put the fork down. Actually… pick it back up. 🌮😂

The Taco & Margarita Festival is coming, and I got a little sneak peek of what you can expect thanks to Taco Boy. And by little sneak peek, I apparently mean we tried half the menu. 🤭
Tacos, margs, nachos, taquitos, churros… just go ahead and come hungry.

Steal my order:

Small Plates:

🌯 Taquitos
Crispy corn tortillas, tinga chicken, cotija, green chile sauce, salsa cruda, and crema.

🥑 Taco Boy Appetizer Trio
Queso, guac, and salsa. The holy trinity, obviously.

🥗 Taco Boy Salad
Mixed greens, avocado, bell peppers, roasted corn, queso fresco, salsa cruda, tortilla strips, and cilantro lime vinaigrette.

🧀 Veggie & Carnitas Nachos
We tried them two ways: one with black beans and one loaded with refried beans, carnitas, queso, guacamole, lettuce, salsa cruda, crema, and green onions.

Tacos 🌮:

🔥 Birria
Braised beef, Mexican cheeses, onions, cilantro, and consommé.

🥩 Carne Asada
Steak, green chile sauce, and salsa cruda.

🥑 Crispy Avocado
Crispy avocado, rainbow slaw, Thai chile sauce, and green onion. And she’s vegan!

🍗 OG Buttermilk Crispy Chicken
Crispy chicken, rainbow slaw, jalapeño mayo, chipotle BBQ, and green onions.

🌶️ Tinga
Tinga chicken, cotija cheese, pickled red onions, and cilantro.

And because dessert is nonnegotiable…

✨ Churros
Cinnamon sugar + dulce de leche. Enough said.

Consider this your official warning to arrive HUNGRY. 😂 Tickets for the Charleston Taco & Margarita Festival are on sale now, so grab yours, send this to the group chat, and I’ll see y’all there. 🌮✨
