One mindset shift from my Talent Tuesday guest changed the way I think about taking action… and I have a feeling it’s going to change yours too! 👀

Last week on Talent Tuesday, I had the honor of sitting down with @faitholsonnn , and she shared something that has been replaying in my mind ever since!

We spend so much time waiting until we feel “ready,” but what if the missing piece isn’t confidence…

What if it’s action?

Faith talked about how intentionally using the resources already around us creates momentum. And once momentum starts? That’s where the magic happens!

It reminded me that opportunities rarely appear because we’re waiting perfectly prepared. They grow because we choose to use what’s already in front of us and take the next step anyway!

That conversation challenged me, inspired me, and honestly gave me a whole new perspective on how I approach my own goals.

✨ Sometimes the most magical thing isn’t finding more time, more talent, or more confidence.

It’s giving yourself permission to use the resources you already have, saying yes, and letting action create the rest!

I’d love to know…

What’s one resource you already have that you haven’t fully leaned into yet? 📚👇

The audition isn’t where your worth gets decided, it’s where your preparation gets revealed!

That was one of the biggest reminders I took away from this week’s Talent Tuesday with Faith.

In an industry where “no” can feel louder than “yes,” Faith shared a perspective that completely reframed how she approaches auditions. Instead of measuring success by booking the role, she focuses on goals that she can actually control. This allows for her to walk away knowing she showed up fully, stayed present, and honored her work!

It’s a mindset shift that leaves her feeling empowered after auditions and rehearsals, regardless of the outcome (and she has A LOT of positive outcomes!)

If you’ve ever struggled with rejection, comparison, or wondering if you’re enough, this conversation is for you! 👏👏👏

✨ Get to know Faith (and her surprise guest) in this clip, hear her unique approach to audition mindset, and discover the goals she sets that help her leave every room stronger than when she walked in!

What’s one goal you set for yourself this year that this mindset shift would impact? I’d love to hear it in the comments! 💕💕💕

Current status: heavily booked and emotionally supported 💋✨

Life lately = rehearsals, random adventures, previews, deep talks, louder laughs, and the kind of community that feels like a warm hug after a long week🤍

On March 23, TRC Members in person and on Zoom gathered at Cafe Arte in NYC for the second annual Spring Fling! It was indeed a fling!
As this is also the 20th Anniversary of the rebirth of TRC, a proper toast and tribute was paid to Kathy Conry and the other inspirational women who reignited us! We had proof of our continuing powers of support and legacy in a delightful performance by new alumna Faith Olson, and an impressive update on careers from current residents and other new alums!
Excitement was palpable at the announcement of a live-in Residency Director, with Maria Elena De La Noval’s return next month, and the tease of the planned Gala for November! Great joy!
All were treated to great food and drink, and best of all was the time together to start or build on relationships, the hallmark of TRC
