Our Lincoln Half Rox doesn't happen without an army...

To our amazing coaches, staff, member volunteers, and partners that made the BFT Lincoln Half Rox happen: THANK YOU.

Thank you for the prep, the promotion, the hauling of turf and weights all over, the endurance of the heat and being outside all day, and the support and passion you bring to the sport of HYROX and to BFT Lincoln.

Most importantly, you brought cheers, encouragement, inspiration, and yes, water guns, to the day. 😎 You helped every athlete make it to the finish line.

Endless gratitude to each and every one of you for helping make this HYROX race happen. 🙏

That is 500 classes in the books for Sue H!!🥳

The 6:15 class may have renamed Cardio U to Cardio Sue, but Sue's commitment to all the BFT classes has shown off in increased strength and endurance.

As a Founding Member she has helped build the 6:15 am class into what it is today with her energetic spirit!

Keep up the great work Sue. We are proud of you!

We had island vibes last night at the BFT Friday Night Lights Luau Event! @coachnicole527 designed one heck of a team workout, and everyone ran, sweated, and ate some good food to celebrate.

Thanks for coming out, participating, and supporting!
